New Browns Coach Wants to Move on From Johnny Manziel Era

As one era begins in Cleveland, another may be about end. According to reports, the Browns have appointed the Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson as their new head coach, a move that will put an end to Johnny Manziel’s career in Cleveland. Jackson won plaudits for his creativity with the Bengals, and the team had the sixth-best scoring offense in the league this season as their quarterback Andy Dalton had the best spell of his career. According to ESPN, Jackson told the Browns that he would prefer to move on from the Manziel era if he did take the job – something the organization said would not be a problem.
