Danny DeVito to Voice Detective Pikachu?

Earlier this week, The Pokémon Company announced the latest game in its 20-year pocket monster franchise, a detective game for the 3DS. Set in Boston, the game features a wise-cracking, hard-boiled Pikachu detective. Currently, the game has only been announced for Japan, but gamers are all but certain that the title will eventually make its way to the States. In preparation for the eventual translation, people have begun to wonder who would voice the game’s titular Pikachu. The consensus? Danny DeVito. Currently, over 22,000 people have signed a Change.org petition asking The Pokémon Company to consider their suggestion of the actor, but neither Nintendo nor TPC have yet to respond.
