Kim Kardashian Shows Off Post-Baby Body at Kanye West's Album Release Party

Kim Kardashian stepped out for one of her first public appearances since giving birth to Saint West in December, and of course she made quite the sexy statement. The hot mama showed off her post-baby body in a skintight, all-black jumpsuit with a matching peacoat draped over her shoulders. Kim's outing was for Kanye West's album release party, which he hosted at Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village. Later in the evening, Kim took to Twitter to slam a few tabloid headlines that said she was emerging from a "diet exile" over the last few months. She said, ""So I'm reading The Daily Mail, which I love btw but this headline isn't cool. 'Kim emerges from self imposed diet exile' REALLY?! Isn't it just called maternity leave?"
