Ukraine's deputy FM wants 'new deal' between parliament, govt

We speak to the woman often referred to as the co-author of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, Ukraine's Deputy Foreign Minister Olena Zerkal. She explains why the government has not yet implemented various reforms that are part of the Minsk Agreement. She also responds to allegations of corruption levelled at the government and comments on the upcoming referendum in the Netherlands on the Association Agreement.
