Davos 2016: IEA chief sees oil prices 'rebalancing' in 2017

Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, speaks to FRANCE 24's Markus Karlsson on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos. As oil prices continue to hit record lows, Birol predicts that 2016 will continue to see downward pressure on prices, but believes a "rebalancing" may come in 2017.
