Images show Russian law enforcement blocking access to a road leading to the site of a plane crash which is thought to have killed Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the Russian mercenary group Wagner. According to preliminary information, all 10 people on board died, including three crew members, Russian authorities said. Russia's aviation agency later said the Wagner chief was on board the plane. Heavy snowfall descended on Russia's far eastern city of Vladivostok over the weekend, transforming roads into icy slip 'n slides for vehicles. Damaged vehicles lined one such city road, abandoned by their owners after slipping down the icy roadway and smashing into other vehicles. Owners decided that it's better to leave the cars where they are and wait for a tow truck or better weather conditions rather than risk losing control once more and damaging their vehicle further.
