After using a special oxygen mask for animals, Cleo started regaining its senses after 30 minutes.
Firefighters pick through the still-smouldering ruins of a 14-storey apartment building for the more than a dozen people reported missing after a fire ravaged the block of flats in the Spanish port city of Valencia, claiming the lives of at least four people. Experts say the building was covered with highly flammable cladding, which could account for the rapid spread of the blaze after it broke out on the fourth floor at around 5:30 pm (1630 GMT) on February 22.
