Named Gulliver, the diminutive pony is an American miniature horse, animals that usually reach up to around 40 inches tall. However, Gulliver was born at a tiny height of just under one foot tall, leading experts to predict that he will be find himself in the Guinness Book of Records very soon.

A massive crocodile measuring over 17 feet long was discovered on a tea estate near the Sri Lankan town of Akuressa on Tuesday by a worker. The tea worker called in wildlife experts from a nearby branch of the conservation department and, with the help of about 30 villagers, they managed to bind the giant reptile with rope. The villagers then placed the enormous croc on a wooden platform and paraded the beast around the village.
