In a deal to be sealed officially with Macron today, Danish pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk will invest 2.1 billion euros ($2.3 billion) in this existing facility to expand capacity for a blockbuster anti-obesity drug. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says that the United States will offer no sanctions relief to Iran under a draft deal that would free five Americans.
