Billy Porter Turns Heads At 2019 Oscars Red Carpet

Billy Porter turned heads during the 2019 Oscars by wearing a tuxedo dress. According to Business Insider, the outfit featured a jacket-stupe top and a ball gown-style skirt. He accessorized the outfit with an oversized bow tie and a large statement right. The outfit was designed by Christian Siriano, someone who is known for his gender-fluid looks. Porter told Vogue he wore the outfit to challenge traditional ideas of what men should wear.
