Iran's Foreign Minister Returns To Work

According to CNN, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif returned to work after resigning. Foreign Minister Zarif resumed his duties by attending a welcoming ceremony for the Armenian prime minister. Two days ago, Zarif abruptly resigned from his post on social media. But Iranian law requires the presidential office to approve cabinet resignations, and President Hassan Rouhani rejected the foreign minister's resignation. President Rouhani did not accept the foreign minister's resignation because he thought it was against the country's national interests.
