Cutting Carbs Is A Popular Resolution, But There Are Some You Should Never Leave Out

Low-carb diets are a popular resolution for 2019 with the keto diet being one of the more extreme forms of this approach. Our body prefers carbohydrates for energy so they're essential to our diets. What matters is the type of carbs you're choosing to consume. Some dietitian-approved carbs include whole grains, lentils and beans, sweet potatoes, and squash.
