Young Activists Are Fighting For Green New Deal

Young activists fighting for the Green New Deal are taking their movement on the road. According to the Huffington Post, the Sunrise Movement kicked off two months ago when protests were staged in Democratic leaders’ offices. Green New Dealers are calling for a sweeping federal policy that would mandate 100 percent renewable energy and provide good-paying sustainable jobs to millions of Americans.
