Migrants happy about being allowed to enter Mexico legally

Description

A group of migrants from El Salvador express joy at being allowed to enter Mexico from Guatemala legally, with the Mexican consul in Guatemala saying that Mexico will not close its borders to Central American migrants, in contrast to statements by US President Donald Trump.
