These 'Healthy' Food Swaps Might Not Be Better For You After All

When looking for healthy food options, it's easy to stumble across something that seems good for you but could actually be worse than the foods you're trying to give up. A group of expert dietitians told Business Insider about some food alternatives are worse for you than you might think. Some health conscious folks have been opting for kombucha instead of soda, but some brands contain as much sugar as a regular soda. Another common swap is multigrain bread instead of white bread.
