  • Far From Raising A Glass To The Bidens, The Trumps Are Raising Something Else

On the morning of January 20, 2021, Donald Trump and Melania Trump will depart the White House as President and first lady. According to tradition and proper White House etiquette, the outgoing First Couple observes a number of protocols in the peaceful transition of power. But the Trumps have no intention of doing so. Rather than offering the hand of friendship, they will be raising their well-manicured middle fingers. CNN reports the Trumps have refused to invite the Bidens inside the White House before departing. Nor will they welcome the Bidens on the steps of the North Portico, much less ride with them to the United States Capitol. After all, the outgoing President and his family have refused to attend President-elect Biden's inauguration ceremony entirely.

The book is about decorative items she's restored in the president's residence since her husband took office four years ago. A source familiar with the first lady's schedule says Mrs. Trump was busy overseeing the photographing of rugs and other items in the West Wing.

Guests had reportedly already started gathering at the resort and were told that Trump would attend. Instead Trump and Melania will spend New Year's Eve at the White House. • Melania Trump New White House Tennis Pavilion

(CNN) First lady Melania Trump's office announced Monday the finalization of the White House Tennis Pavilion -- a tone deaf accomplishment to trumpet amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and as the federal government remains locked on providing further economic relief to millions of suffering Americans. The funds to pay for the pavilion, which is located on the South Lawn near Michelle Obama's White House Kitchen Garden, were provided by private donation facilitated by the Trust for the National Mall, which also solicited funds for Trump's other project, the renovated Rose Garden.
