Stocks On Wall Street Flatline After 4 Day Rally

According to Reuters, stocks on Wall Street are struggling to keep a rally going for a fifth consecutive day. By noon on Jan. 10th, the top three markets on the New York Stock Exchange were about flat, following four consecutive days of gains. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained about three-tenths of a percent, adding about 63-points, and rising to 23,942. The Nasdaq Composite and the S&P 500 were up about one-tenth of a percent each.
