Brie Larson Talks About Nine-Month Training To Become 'Captain Marvel'

To become “Captain Marvel,” Brie Larson had to endure nine months of training. Larson admitted to the Los Angeles Times that before this training she was “never particularly active.” According to Comicbook.com, she said she put herself “to the test” and dedicated many hours to it. For six months Larson trained daily for 90 minutes and then the last three months trained for two hours twice a day. Some exercises she did were hip thrusts, deadlifts and single-leg lunges with heavy pound weights.
