Insults including "dirty zionist," "f***ing Islamophobe" and "f*** your mother" were hurled at at Finkelkraut, while less hostile activists walked him away from the demonstration and behind police lines.     According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, several thousand 'yellow vest' protestors marched through Paris and other French cities for the 12th consecutive week of protests against the government of President Emmanuel Macron. The protests reportedly began in mid-November and quickly developed into a broader revolt against the government that mobilized tens of thousands of demonstrators across the country for weeks on end. On Friday, the government warned that police would not hesitate to use flash balls in case of violence by demonstrators after France's highest administrative court gave authorization.

    According to a report by Reuters, on Saturday, thousands of 'yellow vest' demonstrators took to the streets of Paris and other cities for the 11th consecutive week of protests against the government, suggesting that President Emmanuel Macron has yet to solve the problem of public opposition.
