Mexico's Economy Minister Says NAFTA Talks To Resume On Thursday

According to a report by Reuters, on Wednesday, Mexico's economy minister Ildefonso Guajardo said that negotiations with the United States to revamp the North American Free Trade Agreement would resume on Thursday morning. While speaking with reporters outside the US Trade Representative's office in Washington, Guajardo said that Wednesday's meetings had concluded and that he would provide no further statement at the time for the ongoing renegotiation.
