Critics Say 'BlacKkKlansman' Is Spike Lee's Best Film


Spike Lee's new film, "BlacKkKlansman", being hailed as a msut-see movie. It's received near universal praise. It's the true story of a black police detective who infiltrates a local Ku Klux Klan chapter. The movie holds a 97% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Business Insider's Jason Guerrasio loved the film. In her review, Guerrasio praised the film's humorous take on a very serious story.

    On Thursday George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Robert de Niro joined a large protest in Hollywood over the announcement that Oscars organizers plan to present cinematography, editing and several other awards during commercial breaks at next week’s Academy Awards ceremony. Reuters reports an open letter has been penned, with several big names in Hollywood adding their names to it such as Sandra Bullock, Emma Stone and Jon Hamm. The letter has been signed by directors Martin Scorsese, Spike Lee and Alfonso Cuaron and demands the decision be reversed.
