Floods In India's Kerala Kill At Least 164 People, Force 200,000 Into Relief Camps

According to a report by Reuters, the worst floods in a century in the Indian state of Kerala have already killed at least 164 people and forced over 200,000 into relief camps, as heavy rain continues to push water levels higher. On Friday, Prime Minister Narenda Modi is due to visit the southwest state and the chief minister said that he was hoping the military could contribute more to the rescue effort, which is already utilizing dozens of helicopters and hundreds of boats.
