Is Nelson Choking The Florida Senate Race?

Description

Democrats are worried about Florida senator Bill Nelson. According to Politico, Dems are concerned that Nelson is going to tank the Florida senate race. Nelson has a laid back style. He also has a seemingly insurmountable fundraising deficit. Nelson slightly trails Gov. Rick Scott in the polls. There is room for Nelson to win. President Donald Trump barely carried Florida. However, Nelson is not able to capitalize on anti-Trump sentiments in Florida. Democratic senators think Nelson is in for a reckoning on Election Day. Nelson's defeat would cost Democrats any hope of winning back the Senate.
