Delta And Equinox Team Up For Jet Lag Exercises

Description

Jet lag got you down? Long flights and shifts in time zones can be tough on your body, especially when it comes to sitting for hours in a small seat. Lifehacker reports that Delta recently teamed up with Equinox and created a workout to help combat the issue. The 30-minute hotel friendly workout routine has four different parts, and can be done without equipment. They recommend doing the workout 12 to 24 hours after you arrive in your destination. The full workout video can be seen on Lifehacker's website. It includes exercises called "Flossing," "Hopscotch Squats," reverse lunges and targeted stretches. Lifehacker adds, "It’s all pretty low impact and is meant to help trigger neuromuscular adaption and wake up your sense after a long journey."
