According to Business Insider, only 5% of US kids meet expert recommendations for sleep, screen time, and exercise.
A new study published in the journal, Lancet Child & Adolescent Health, says that kids should get between nine and 11 hours of sleep a night, should limit recreational screen use to two hours per day, and should get at least an hour of moderate-to-vigorous exercise.
