Intermittent fasting and the keto diet are two of the hottest health trends going. According to Business Insider, the two techniques can pair up nicely. But experts say it's important to tackle one eating practice at a time. They recommend going on the keto diet for a week or so first, to allow time to get over any initial "keto flu" symptoms before beginning to fast intermittently. Then, start with short fasts first, to get used to this new way of eating.
