All the delegations are very committed and as coordinator I can tell you that the spirit of commitment is high. They are all very committed to an agreement that for us is key to non-proliferation, the stability of the region for the Middle East and for international peace and security. " 2. "I don't want to venture with a date, because you never know, but I'm sure there will be a final agreement not far from now." 3. "That is one of our objectives, I mean, the elections are on June 18 and as far as I know, so we still have one month less one day. I think it can be achieved."
The United States will return to the Iran nuclear accord if Tehran "comes back into full compliance with its obligations" under the deal, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says in his first news conference at the State Department in Washington. SOUNDBITE

Secretary of State Antony Blinken says that the United States will offer no sanctions relief to Iran under a draft deal that would free five Americans. "In any event, in any respect, Iran will not be receiving any sanctions relief," Blinken tells reporters when asked about the expected release of $6 billion in frozen Iranian funds. SOUNDBITE
