The wand will work in conjunction with an app which requires children to solve coding puzzles to perform spells in the world of Harry Potter.     Today Apple said that it is launching a voluntary recall and replacement program for the 15-inch MacBook Pro. Which laptops are affected? Select 15-inch MacBook Pro units sold between September 2015 and February 2017. Those laptops could contain a battery that may overheat and pose safety risks. In some instances, the battery used in these MacBook Pro units may overheat and pose a safety risk, Apple says. Affected customers can have their battery replaced by Apple free of charge.

  • Cuomo Asked Tesla To Help Fox Subways

    Business Insider reports that Gov. Andrew Cuomo asked Tesla for help repairing the NYC Subway system. NY State Gov. Cuomo said at a press conference on Thursday that he reached out to Tesla for ideas to improve the city's subway system. He says he asked Tesla is they had any ideas about how to move the subway cars. Cuomo added that he had spoken with other "out-of-the-box" companies, though did not name them. Tesla did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

    Rupert Grint has joined the cast of the untitled thriller series from M. Night Shyamalan at Apple. According to SFGate, the “Harry Potter” alum will play the younger brother of “Six Feet Under” star Lauren Ambrose. Apple has shared that Ambrose’s character will be a mother named Dorothy, and “Game of Thrones” alum Nell Tiger Free will play Leanne, a nanny. According to TheWrap, the show is created by Tony Basgallop, who will write and executive produce. Shymalan will also executive produce and is set to direct the first episode.
