Trump Reportedly Asks Cabinet For Money To Fund Border Wall

The White House said Tuesday that President Donald Trump is talking to cabinet members about redirecting funds from their agencies to fund his border wall. “The president has asked every agency to look and see if they have money that can be used for that purpose." Sarah Sanders White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said Tuesday that Trump is waiting for Congress to pass a spending bill to keep the government open. She said Trump did not want a government shutdown Trump previously threatened to shut down the government if Democrats don't agree to his demand for $5 billion to fund a US-Mexico border wall.
