Shooting In Strasbourg Leaves At Least One Dead, Six Others Wounded

According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, at least one person was killed and six others wounded after a shooting near a Christmas market n the French city of Strasbourg. Reuters reports that a source at the prosecutor's office said that the motive behind the shooting remains unknown and that an investigation was under way to determine if the incident was terrorism-related. France remains on high alert following a wave of attacks commissioned or inspired by Islamic State militants since early 2015, in which over 200 people were killed.
