President Donald Trump's campaign and Republican officials have filed nearly two dozen lawsuits since Election Day. It's an attempt to contest the results of the 2020 election. But according to Business Insider, none of the lawsuits so far have ended in victory. The campaign filed lawsuits and motions to intervene in cases in swing states Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. They've notched zero victories, 19 cases where they've withdrawn or lost. Three cases remain pending. The Trump campaign had one win in Pennsylvania, where a judge ruled an issue over voter ID. verification. However, the state Supreme Court later overturned it.
With just hours remaining on Election Day, a federal judge has ordered the US Postal Service to round up and rush all undelivered absentee ballots. Business Insider reports US District Judge Emmet Sullivan's order targeted specific areas. Some are in the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Arizona, Florida, Texas, and Georgia, where the GOP has tried to invalidate many early and mail-in ballots. In many states, mail-in ballots can only be counted if they arrive by the time the polls close on Election Day--even if they were postmarked before Tuesday. Last week, Texas GOP officials asked the state Supreme Court to discard 127,000 ballots cast at drive-through voting sites. The sites were located in Democratic-leaning Harris County. However, the request was denied.

President Donald Trump and his family appear to be making preparations to vacate the White House, despite his insistence he secretly won the election. Business Insider reports Trump has asked for renovations to be made to his Mar-a-Lago residence as the first family considers moving to Florida. The White House has not made any official announcement about Trump's post-presidency plans. First Lady Melania Trump is reportedly also looking for schools around the Palm Beach area and neighboring Broward County for son Barron, 14. Meanwhile, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner seem to be steering away from New York City, where they were once prominent Manhattan socialites.
Lawyers for the Trump campaign have dropped the Arizona lawsuit that sought a review of all ballots cast on Election Day. The decision to abandon the suit came after finding Biden's margin of victory could not be overcome. According to CNN, Trump lawyers filed the lawsuit on Saturday alleging some voters were confused on Election Day. According to the suit confused voters thought their votes were not counted. They also thought vote tabulation machines classified their ballots as overvotes. They were seeking a hand review of any ballots flagged by the machine as overvotes. Lawyers and the Secretary of State filed papers showing the difference in votes is too large to overcome. The difference between Biden and Trump is 11,414 with 10,315 ballots left to be counted.
