A huge waterspout was filmed in the Black Sea near the Russian resort city of Sochi on Tuesday. The unusual natural phenomenon loomed large in the beginning before later turning into a tiny cone. Amateur video captured the stunning moment when the spout formed under a backdrop of ominous rain clouds. Heavy rain and strong winds accompanied the tornado as it spun on the water, raising a trail of vapor and mist in its wake. No damage or victims have been reported.
