Lock down in Chinese city far from epicentre of SARS-like virus

Authorities lock down three districts in China's eastern city of Hangzhou due to the spread of the deadly coronavirus. Only one person per household is allowed to go outside every two days to buy necessities. Hangzhou, in the eastern province of Zhejiang, is about 700 kilometers (430 miles) from the city of Wuhan, where the SARS-like virus emerged at a seafood and animal market in December.
