Over 70 Ferraristi, distinguished guests and prospective owners from across the region took part in the latest edition of Passione Ferrari at the renowned Dubai Autodrome. Four of the all new Ferrari F8 Tributo model were present at the event, as Prancing Horse enthusiasts had the opportunity to test drive the latest addition to the Ferrari stable for the first time on the track.Having long led the way in automotive excellence, Ferrari is setting a new market benchmark with the F8 Tributo, making the exhilarating performance levels of the best 8-cylinder in the world accessible to all drivers, with unprecedented handling and superior ride comfort.The track experience commenced with a detailed briefing by the Ferrari Corsa Pilota, a team of professional Ferrari instructors flown in from Maranello, Italy especially for this event. Following the briefing, guests admired the perfection of the Ferrari models and were afforded the pleasure of their pure power, sportiness and agility.
The second round of the Ferrari Challenge APAC series at Sepang International Circuit came to a close under very hot and sunny conditions with track temperatures at a high of 45.5 degree Celsius. The 20 drivers in the field once again showcased great driving skills during an eventful Race 2.
Race 1 of the Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific Round 2 took place under the floodlights of the Sepang International Circuit. This is the very first night race for the 21 Ferrari 488 Challenge drivers racing at Sepang, who pitted themselves against the challenging 5.543 kilometre circuit with 15 twisting turns to see who could come up top. The sky opened just before the race started but with the hot conditions on track, the racetrack dried up very quickly and there was no need for wet tires.
