Tourists from all over the world flock to 'Joker' stairs in the Bronx


The 132 steps linking Shakespeare Avenue to Anderson Avenue in the Bronx are far from New York City's tourist hotspots. But visitors from all over the world are now flocking after seeing Joaquin Phoenix dance on these stairs in "Joker" - creating mixed feelings among local residents.
