Brazil: Police kill man who hijacked Rio de Janeiro-bound bus

The Governor of Rio de Janeiro Wilson Witzel says during a press conference that a man who hijacked a bus showed a "mental disorder" during negotiations and claimed he "wanted to stop the state."
