The fourth generation of the luxury sedan, which Audi introduced in 2017, raised it to a new level with respect to power, look, and equipment. As an initial series model, the A8 revealed the future design language upon its launch and consequently it is essentially the progressive face of the brand to the present day. The sharpened design coupled with established technologies and outstanding comfort in the back seats define Audi’s premium conception in this segment. The sedan thereby represents the symbiosis of masterful comfort and sporty handling and it therefore covers the full breadth of driving experience. The interiors of the electric S models are dominated by dark colors. A large arc connects the displays of the virtual external mirrors (option) with the hood above the Audi virtual cockpit. The instrument panel is driver-oriented, the middle tunnel’s console rests on open side walls. Electrically adjustable sport seats come as standard. Their leather/Alcantara upholstery and the gear selector lever with the moving button feature the S embossing with a rhombus. The door sill trims and steering wheel are decorated with S badges. Audi can install S sport seats with pronounced side bolsters upon request. Their Valcona leather upholstery features a rhombus pattern and is available in black, rotor gray, or Arras red. The adjustable customized contour seats with perforated leather and climate control are available as an alternative. The decorative trims are made of dark brushed aluminum or, as an option, open-pore carbon; the inlays in the door sill are in aluminum look. The optional contour/ambient lighting package adds progressive highlights in the dark.

Audi is updating the flagship of the Q family with a pure design and upgraded technology. The revised exterior aesthetic with new front and rear aprons underscores the strong character of the SUV coupé. The optionally available S line exterior package caters to customers who desire more sportiness. For the first time, Audi is equipping the Q8 with HD Matrix LED headlights, including a laser as an additional high beam. These headlights feature digital daytime running lights and selectable light signatures. Digital OLED rear lights with four selectable rear light designs complete the expanded light offering. New wheels, colors, decorative inlays, and seats with contrast stitching highlight the car’s top position among the Q models. The new Audi Q8 starts at 86,700 euros.
