Cracker Barrel's The Country Boy Breakfast has 1,500 calories and 4,000 mg of sodium. Jimmy John’s JJ Gargantuan sandwich has 2,000 calories and 7,000 mg of sodium. The Cheesecake Factory's Cinnamon Roll Pancakes has 2,000 calories and 2,900 mg of sodium.
