As the French President anounces a new Prime Minister and amidst rumours of an impending cabinet reshuffle, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin says he hasn't finished his mission at the ministry. Speaking at the appointment ceremony for Celine Berthon, the new director of France's intelligence office DGSI, Darmanin expressed his desire to stay on. SOUNDBITE
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tells reporters the US Justice Department asked an appeals court on Monday to stay a ruling by a federal judge in Texas that would ban a widely used abortion pill. The ruling "could open the floodgates for other medications to be targeted and denied to people who need them," she adds. SOUNDBITE
