A few Lachin district residents remain despite Azerbaijan handover

Description

Nine Armenian families of the 50 or so who lived in the Lachin district village of Aghavno decide to stay as the district is handed over to Azerbaijan. Baku's army entered Lachin marking the official handover of the last of three districts ceded by Armenia under a Moscow-brokered peace deal that ended weeks of fighting over the Karabakh enclave.
