The new Hyundai Tucson is ready for launch. After completing an intensive test program, the compact SUV, which will go on sale in Europe towards the end of this year, has completed the intensive development and test drives as well as quality controls with flying colors.With the fourth generation, Hyundai is implementing the "Sensuous Sportiness" design philosophy for the first time in the Tucson. The compact SUV, which is suitable for everyday use, offers its drivers not only practical everyday use and plenty of space, but also extensive driving fun with a wide range of drives including all-wheel drive.

    Hyundai announced the addition of N Line and Plug-in Hybrid models to its impressive 2022 Tucson line-up. The all-new Tucson design stems from a series of Hyundai Design Center concepts expressing its evolving Sensuous Sportiness global design identity.     Elantra N is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo flat power engine with a 52-mm turbine wheel, which is 5 mm larger in diameter than before, and a 12.5-mm turbine passage with an area increased by 2.5 mm. These enhancements, along with the optimization of the shape and material of the cylinder lock, improve both the performance and durability of the engine. As a result, the flat power technology maintains the maximum output from about 5,500 rpm for brisk acceleration.Elantra N’s flat power engine is mated with an 8-speed wet dual clutch transmission (DCT), delivering maximum output of 280 horsepower (ps) and maximum torque of 40 kgf·m.   • 2022 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Exterior Design

    IONIQ 5 is available with a range of drive motors to fit the needs of every customer. Customers can mate the 77.4 kWh battery pack to two electric motor layouts, either with a rear motor only or with both front and rear motors. The top-of-the-line dual motor setup is an all-wheel drive (AWD) option producing a combined power output of 320 horsepower (74 kW front + 165 kW rear) and 446 ft.-lbs. of torque. An IONIQ 5 with this configuration can go from 0 to 60 MPH in less than 5 seconds. The single-motor layout with a rear motor offers 225 horsepower (168 kW) and 258 ft.-lbs. of torque and two-wheel drive (2WD). When equipped with a single motor (2WD), IONIQ 5’s targeted maximum driving range on a single charge is 300 miles. The targeted range of the dual motor all-wheel drive SE & SEL models is 269. The top-of-the-line Limited AWD model has a targeted range of 244 miles. All configurations have a top speed of 115 MPH and can tow a trailer with a capacity of up to 1,500 pounds.
