Tokyo ice rink brings some Christmas cheer amid virus

Tokyo residents, wearing masks, enjoy an open-air ice skating rink in the evening. Japan has not imposed the strict lockdowns seen in other countries, but people are staying cautious as the country now battles a third wave of the respiratory disease, reporting record numbers of daily infections nationwide in recent days.
