Portugal holds presidential election amid spike in coronavirus infections

" -CRISTINA OLIVEIRA, POLL WORKER:"Regarding the measures that we have at this time, I believe that things were distributed and were specified in a way that allows everyone to vote safely. Including us, who are at the voting tables. We got a Covid-19 test yesterday to be sure that we are not going to infect anyone because we have to stay closer to each other for a long time. It is a table that has five people, and we all tested negative, so we are safe among us and also regarding the voters."
