Rare Italian museums reopen doors to visitors after long Covid-19 shutdown

Description

Some of Italy’s museums, galleries and archaeological sites are reopening their doors for the first time since November. But the move is only allowed to those in “yellow zones”, the lowest-risk category in Italy’s three-coloured system for Covid-19 restrictions. Amid them, Florence’s much visited Ufizi gallery, where visitors have to wear face masks, have their temperature checked upon entrance, all with strict numbers of visitors.
