Les députés de la Savoie Patrick Mignola, président du groupe Modem et membre de la majorité, et Emilie Bonnivard (LR, opposition) se trouvaient ce vendredi à Saint-Martin-d’Arc, en Maurienne, à l’occasion de la signature du contrat triennal entre l’Agence de l’eau Rhône Méditerranée Corse et Electricité de France, pour la préservation de la ressource en eau et des milieux aquatiques. Ils en ont profité pour marquer une position convergente : à l’instar de ce qui est acquis pour le nucléaire, les grands barrages doivent être inscrits parmi les sources stratégiques d’énergie, pour des raisons économiques et environnementales. Leurs concessions, qui arrivent à terme, doivent donc être préservées de la mise en concurrence. Cette exigence, précisent les deux parlementaires, n’épargne une discussion sur le statut d’EDF et la possible arrivée de capitaux privés.
