Rome (Italy), Feb 8 (EFE) - (Camera: Alvaro Padilla) Mario Draghi, commissioned by the Italian head of state, Sergio Mattarella, to form a government in Italy, has begun Monday a rapid second round of meetings with political parties with the hopes of presenting his Cabinet by the end of the week.
