Wilmette / Chicago , Feb 16 (EFE/EPA).- The winter storms, which killed at least 14 people and left millions without electricity, on Tuesday moved from the center and south to the eastern part of the United States, affecting around 200 million people.Most parts of the US have been in the grip of winter storms, which caused the closure of major airports, the cancellations of several flights as well as power outages.
