Santander (Spain), Feb 17 (EFE).- (Camera: Román García) Cantabria's government is doing more than 3,000 PCR tests between Wednesday and Thursday at El Sardinero, its main soccer stadium, due to an outbreak of coronavirus cases in a Santander sports centre.
