Iranians remain pessimistic despite end of Muslim travel ban

Description

Tehran (Iran), Feb 17 (EFE), (Camera: Marina Villén).- Many Iranians saw how their dreams suddenly disappear when Donald Trump's administration imposed the so-called Muslim travel ban. The ban has recently been cancelled by the new US president Joe Biden, which has brought hope to many while others feel it is too late for them. FOOTAGE OF ELNAZ ALAMÍ'S HOUSE AND STREETS OF TEHRAN. SOUNDBITES OF ELNAZ ALAMÍ, PSYCHOLOGIST. "When I knew that my mother had had cancer for two years and I could not be there, I should have been by her side but I was not, it was very painful, and I am sure that the same happened to my mother too. It caused me a lot of sadness, I cried a lot.""When my mother and my other sister left, I felt a great emptiness in my life. I was very lonely, and it was very difficult for me on a personal level."
