Combien de festivals se dérouleront cet été? Le secteur des musiques actuelles s’interroge après le cadre fixé jeudi par le ministère de la Culture: 5.000 personnes assises maximum. Le Hell Fest à Clisson a annulé son édition 2021 ce vendredi. Au Main Square Festival d'Arras, on s'interroge et on se pose beaucoup de questions.

    Between COVID-19 and various efforts across the country to make it downright difficult to vote, the challenges of voting are becoming increasingly obvious.
